How to Spa

At Accent on You Spa, we do our best to make your visit with us a very relaxing one. To ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of the Day Spa keep these tips and policies in mind on How to Spa :

Ask your staff                                                                                                                                                                        Talking to us will allow us customize your services to ensure your maximum enjoyment. Ask for an adjustment in room temperature, a change in the position of the table or draping. Ask about a special facial or treatment you heard about.                                                                                                                                                                                                      Arrive Early                                                                                                                                                                              Arrive early at least 15 minutes early so you are able to get all your precious spa minutes. Remember, your treatment must end on time so the next client isn't delayed. Unfortunately, we cannot make up lost time for late arrivals since doing so would affect guests scheduled after you.

Medical History                                                                                                                                                                     Please make us aware of any medical condition or allergy so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

Children                                                                                                                                                                                      We love children, however in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for you and our clients we kindly ask that you not bring children to your appointments.

Respect others                                                                                                                                                                      Please turn off all cell phones and pagers prior to entering the spa. We will have to stop your service to allow you to answer the phone or pager. If necessary give the phone number of the spa, in case of emergency we will bring our phone to you. The spa reception area is reserved for those with an appointment; please refrain from bringing other guests, unless of course they have an appointment as well. No smoking is allowed in the Spa or Plastic Surgery Office or in the Cypress Medical Office Park.


Dress comfortably                                                                                                                                                                      Itís completely up to you what you wear. Youíre welcome to wear makeup, but it will be removed prior to certain treatments, such as facials. Itís best that you not bring jewelry or valuables to the Spa, although rings may remain in place. We regret that we can not be responsible for the damage or loss of personal items such as jewelry or clothing. You may bring your own robe and slippers for comfort. So keeping this is mind, please disrobe to your comfort level.

Scheduling                                                                                                                                                                                   To ensure you receive the most convenient time for you, it is best to reserve an appointment in advance. Walk-ins will be honored if possible, but availability will depend on pre- scheduled appointments. You may make appointments either by phone 316-652-7610, email info@jriegermd.com or visit the office to make reservations at your earliest convenience.  A credit card, cash or gift card number is required to secure and guarantee the booking of an appointment. We apologize, but personal checks are not usually accepted at the day spa.

Cancellation                                                                                                                                                                                     We gratefully request that you notify us 48 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours may result in a charge. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and courtesy.

Returns                                                                                                                                                                                        We offer the finest in medical spa services, spa equipment and spa products for the face and body. If you have any questions or concerns about the services or products you have purchased, please contact the spa at 316-652-7610. Unfortunately, because of the personal nature of the services and products we cannot refund monies on services or products.


Gratuities   Gratuities are not included in the cost of your services and they are left to your discretion and are not expected.
